Here are some of our most asked questions at Mule Vans
Hinges: You will need to ensure you have 180 degree hinges on your van to allow the fitting of our wheel carriers and safari carriers.
Postage: We use 3 different postal services, small items with Royal Mail, large items with Parcel2Go and larger with Palletways. These can take some time from collection to delivery. Once you're order is received for larger items, they are sent to powder coating (2 days). Once back from powder coating, your order is then booked for collection which is normally next day and then delivered within 5 working days. So please understand it can take over 7 working days to process an order from start to finish.
Return Policy: You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery.
Damages: Mule Vans Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery company to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
